Does URPARC own or operate valet and parking services?

No. Services provided by valet andparking services are done through independently owned operators.
URPARC is a partnership with these operators to allow users to find and pay for parking services with those partners.

Are there any additional fees on site?

Generally, no. What you see online is what you pay.
However, some valet operators enforce oversize vehicle fees, which may apply to any vehicle larger than common SUV.

Do you offer overnight valet parking?

Yes. Operators may have overnight parking available, however, please refer to operator hours
and access restrictions to ensure this option will work for you.

What if I stay later than expected?

Any time your stay extends outside the list hours of the parking operator,
additional fees may apply and/or result in having to pick up your car the following day.

What does “valet closes one-hour after event” mean? (simplify)

A valet operated associated with a specified event will likely have this term when booking your reservation.
This term is associated with a grace-period following the end of an event for you to pick-up your vehicle
as operators for these events will likely close once the grace-period has ended.
For these circumstances, it is advised that you leave upon the conclusion of your event.

How do I manage my reservation?

Your account will allow you to see all past and upcoming reservations.
Logging in will allow you to make modifications and changes to reservations at any time.

How do I cancel my booking?

URPARC reservations are 100% refundable up to one-hour prior to your reservation time.
Simply login into your account to make the desired changes.

When will I get my refund?

Please allow three-to-five business days for your refund to process.

How do I reset my password?

Enter your email address on the login in page and click “Reset My Password”.
An automated email with a temporary password will be sent to the email associated with the account.
Once received, click on the link to establish a new password for future use.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

Please check your spam folder for any URPARCemails. Be sure to add “help@urparc.com” to you address book to receive future
